FAQs

When and Where are Your Services?

Our services start every Sunday at 9:30am.

We are located at 7500 Germantown Ave Philadelphia PA 19119 in the main sanctuary building.

When should I arrive?

Our service begins at 9:30am. Feel free to arrive any time between 9:00am and 9:30am. Our greeters and ushers will be here to welcome you and help you find a seat!

What is a typical Service like at NCCOP?

Our services start with a time of praise and worship music. Don't worry about knowing the words, we will have them displayed on our screens for you to sing along with us while the band and worship team leads us! This is followed by a time of preaching and teaching normally led by our Pastor Bob. Oliver or one of our supporting Pastors.

Where do my kids go?

We offer classes every Sunday (except for First Sundays and holidays) for Pre-K, Children, Jr. High, and Youth! Our volunteers are ready in the lobby to check in your child and take them upstairs to their respective rooms.

Our sound-proofed Parent's Room is available for any parents of infants and toddlers.

What kind of music is sung?

We sing a wide variety of music from traditional hymns, gospel, worship, and contemporary Christian music. Listen to our playlist below to hear some of the songs we typically sing!

Is there free parking?

Yes! There is free parking on our beautiful campus and there are plenty of parking spaces available!

What are you COVID 19 policies?

Your health and safety are our top priority! We still require masks while in the building and advise everyone to "Live Together, Sit Together." This just means that if you live in the same house we advise that you sit amongst those who also live in your household.

What should I wear?

Come as you are whether that is casual, dressy, or anything in between! We do not have a dress code!

Can I stream the service live?

Our services are live-streamed on our Facebook and YouTube pages. You can also view the live stream here on our website.

Am i expected to put money in the offering?

We will not pressure you into giving. We do welcome any financial gifts as they help us to operate our church and various ministries for our members and the community. As a church body, we believe and practice tithing one-tenth of our income to God.

What happens after service?

You do not have to leave immediately following service! Hang around, fellowship, meet new people, or enjoy the beauty of the campus!

Who should I talk to?

We have a dedicated team of ushers and greeters that can answer any question you may have or point you to the right person to answer it for you! You will be able to recognize them by the badge that they are wearing!
